The W49B supernova remnant charm dangles from silver plated earwires. The scene depicts the combined x-ray, radio & infrared views of the W49B supernova remnant located in the constellation Aquila. The star exploded producing the surrounding nebula & a black hole.

The charm is one sided & silver tone. The artwork print is sealed and displayed under domed glass. While the charms are water resistant, they not waterproof. These earrings should not be worn during bathing, showering and swimming.

W49B is a supernova remnant created when a once massive star died in a violent supernova explosion about 27,000 years ago. It produced a nebula & the youngest black hole known in our Milky Way Galaxy. It is located in the constellation Aquila and is approximately 26,000 light years from Earth.
