Hygieia pendant dangles from a luxurious black voile ribbon necklace. The pendant features a scene from the painting "Medicine" by Gustav Klimt. In Greek and Roman mythology, Hygieia was the daughter of the god of medicine. She was the goddess of health, cleanliness and sanitation. This pendant is silver tone, and the necklace closes with a silver tone lobster claw clasp & two inch extender chain. The artwork print is sealed and displayed under domed glass.

Gustav Klimt (1862 – 1918) was an Austrian symbolist painter. Klimt is noted for his paintings, murals, sketches, and other objets d'art. Klimt's primary subject was the female body.

The necklace measures approximately 18 inches long, and the pendant is a 1 inch square (not including bail). While the pendant & necklace is water resistant, it is not waterproof. Please remove it when bathing, showering and swimming.
