The Cancer constellation charm dangles from silver plated earwires. It depicts the shining stars of the Cancer constellation. The brightness of each star within the constellation is reflected in the size of the star's representation in the illustration, and the star glows with the shown color. Cooler stars appear reddish orange, and hotter stars are blue. Yellow and white stars are in between.

The charm is one sided & silver tone. The artwork print is sealed and displayed under domed glass. While the charms are water resistant, they not waterproof. These earrings should not be worn during bathing, showering and swimming.

French hooks:
The French hooks are hypo-allergenic silver plated surgical steel ear wires. From the top of ear wire, they measure approximately 1-1/2 (40mm) long and 3/4 inches (19mm) wide. Each charm is about 3/4 inch (19mm) in diameter.

Leverbacks:
The leverbacks are silver plated brass ear wires decorated with 3mm spheres. From the top of ear wire, they measure approximately 1-3/8 (35mm) long and 3/4 inches (19mm) wide. Each charm is about 3/4 inch (19mm) in diameter.

Cancer is a constellation in the zodiac, and its name means "crab". In astrology Cancer is the fourth sign in the zodiac and occurs between June 21st and July 21st. The constellation contains two stars with known planets, including 55 Cancri, which has five: one super-earth and four gas giants, one of which is in the habitable zone and as such has expected temperatures similar to Earth.
