Payment & Returns
Autumn's Glory accepts credit & debit cards and PayPal. We reserve the right to cancel an order where the payment is flagged as high risk for fraud.
Pennsylvania residents are charged a 6% sales tax. The customer is responsible for all customs fees, tariffs, taxes or other fees added by the customer's country or state.
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. All product packaging (boxes, ribbons, etc.) must be included. Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
A return may be initiated by contacting us via e-mail, firstname.lastname@example.org. All correspondence is answered within 24 hours. If we approve the return request, we will provide directions on how to proceed. When we receive the item, we will issue the refund.
For domestic orders (within the USA): we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for USPS First Class mail with tracking only for items that are defective or not as described. Return shipping charges for other than defective or not as described items are the responsibility of the customer.
For international orders (outside of the USA): all shipping costs (to and from) are the responsibility of the customer.
