The French hooks are hypo-allergenic silver plated surgical steel ear wires. From the top of ear wire, they measure approximately 1-3/4 inches (45mm) long and 1 inch (25mm) wide. 

Leverbacks:
The leverbacks are silver plated brass ear wires decorated with 3mm spheres. From the top of ear wire, they measure approximately 1-2/3 inches (40mm) long and 1 inch (25mm) wide.
