The Twin Jet Nebula pendant depicts the view of the Twin Jet Nebula located in the constellation Ophiuchus.

This pendant is one inch round in diameter (not including bail) and is silver plated. The artwork print is sealed and displayed under domed glass. While the pendant is water resistant, it is not waterproof. It should not be worn during bathing, showering and swimming. This piece is signed by Autumn's Glory.

The Twin Jet Nebula, M2-9, Minkowski's Butterfly or the Wings of a Butterfly Nebula is a bipolar planetary nebula discovered by Rudolph Minkowski in 1947. The nebula is a cloud of gas ejected from a hot star nearing the end of its life, a white dwarf, located at its center. This star has a companion star making it a binary star system. It lies in the constellation Ophiuchus and is approximately 2,100 light years from Earth.
