The NGC 2346 Planetary Nebula pendant dangles from a luxurious black voile ribbon necklace. The scene depicts the view of the NGC 2346 Nebula located in the constellation Monoceros. This pendant is silver tone, and the necklace closes with a silver tone lobster claw clasp & two inch extender chain. The artwork print is sealed and displayed under domed glass. The piece is signed by Autumn's Glory.

The NGC 2346 Nebula, or the Butterfly Nebula, is a planetary nebula. The nebula is a cloud of gas ejected from a hot star nearing the end of its life located at its center. This star has a companion star making it a binary star system. It lies in the constellation Monoceros and is approximately 2,000 light years from Earth.

The necklace measures approximately 18 inches long, and the pendant is a 1 inch round (not including bail). While the pendant & necklace is water resistant, it is not waterproof. Please remove it when bathing, showering and swimming.
